Anyone who knows a little bit about Japanese mythology knows about tanuki (japanese raccoon-dogs). Statues of male tanuki often portray them with a sando-gasa (sedge hat) on their heads, a hisago (gourd bottle) in one hand, and an inrou (merchant book) in the other. One of the first things most people notice are the tanuki's giant balls. Unlike traditional tanuki, however, this one doesn't wanna show off the goods. I haven't decided who he's talking to, but for now i'll just say it's another tanuki.

Oh, and for anybody who doesn't know, a fundoshi is Japanese medieval underwear.
