Well, someone told me that Lightning was a wimpy power to have. Well... I got to thinking about conductors. WATER is a huge conductor, right? So, someone with lightning powers could take out an entier beach of people and animals, not to mention all the metal that conducts, etc etc. Lightning would be an awesome, evil power to have.
