Some girl, using some kind of magic... I just felt I needed to draw something to upload! I tried lots of detail like the skirt and the shine in the hair. I think I went over board with the shine ^^;; but it isn't my fault, I never REALLY learned how to draw shines OR rippling skirts, no one will teach me!!! ;; it's sooo sad...
