Same picture I uploaded before, except it's almost done. It's my pirate character Jessy in a dress, or what she would look like in one if she ever wore one. I inked it this morning and I'm trying to decide weather or not to just pencile shade it or color it. Suggestions would be nice folks. Enjoy and comments are welcome.
