It's Tyben Sa!! I love this picture... he's so cute! (and hot, in a strange way...) I got lazy with the background though, and just used the one that I made for the Jagger picture. Tyben is a character from my original manga, Spirit-1. Of course, he hasn't appeared in it yet, but when he does he's going to be a bodyguard who specializes in knives. I entered this in an animation contest my school had, and ended up winning Best Originial. They gave me a shiny Dragonball poster- apparently the judges were very taken with the fact that I used the computer for it.

This picture was drawn on paper first, then traced onto mylar, and finally scanned into the computer and colored in Photoshop 5.5
