Happy new year everyone^^ my first pic of the year! it's my lovely tigerfish character(not mermaid, tigerfish!) edina welcoming the new year with her cute mouse plushie^^ it is the year of the rat right? :3

75+ layers of artwork 5-13+ days of work due to old computer being slow, lol.. sketched offline on sketchbook paper,scanned and inked in painter 8 and finshed in photoshop 7. refrences used for background work and bubbles.
