This is Cesia from the cover of the fourth Dragon Knights manga. Dragon Knights is awesome! I didn't feel like going into all of the detail on the hair, so its rather simple. I did her just yesterday, and the eyes gave me a little trouble....as you can see I finally got em. Shes so pretty! ^_^
