The Chronicles of Skye Character Sketch: Artemis
The Chronicles of Skye Character Sketch: Artemis by @ducky (Skye Galbraith)

A character sketch of one of my new Angel/BtVS characters. Her name is Artemis, and she "lived" (more like survived) with Connor/Steve (Angel named him Connor, but Holtz, who kidnapped him named him Steven) & Holtz in the hell dimension....

She mysteriously manages to get through the portal that the group purposely closed, and Groo attacks her thinking she is a demon from the hell dimension. (She's dressed in an odd-rag-like outfit.... (the top Artemis picture))

They scuffle, and then Groo tricks her, she falls, and everyone (minus Angel of course, cos he's not there) is about to kill her when she cries "Connor".

Needless to say, everyone's pretty much shocked. She explains to them she followed 'Steven' (whom she calls Connor because of a dream she had) so she could be by his side, to try to convince him that killing Angel is not the way. Once this is all explained, Groo offers to help Artemis dress like a normal person (Like what Cordy did for him) and so they go off to the mall. (With Cordy's premission of course..^-^)
The outcome of Groo & Atermis's shopping is the picture of Artemis on the bottom right. The only thing that never changes with Artemis is her necklace with the claw of a hell demon she wears. She refuses to take it off, explaining to Groo that Connor/Steven gave it to her. When they return to the hotel, Groo & Artemis seem to have bonded, which makes Cordy jealous. Groo explains that he and Artemis have a special bond, they both travelled very far to be with the person they love..... Artwork © Copyright 2002 Skye Galbraith
