Colored pencil and ink. It's one of my fave fan-characters, Ichigo, who has to hade the greatest multi-shaded hair I have ever colored. The wings... well, if you've ever seen 'The Crow', you'll see that this girl in that has a similar tatoo, only in pinkish tones (at least, I THINK it was pink...) so yeah. Ichigo saw it, liked it, and got it remixed. ^_^
