With my love for Scotland and the kilts for special ocassions, I desire to have my own Highland costume. Kei is used here to show what I myself look for in my future Scottish outfit, down to the smallest detail. ^.^ Normally, Kei wears the feileadh mhor kilt. This is the modern filibeg kilt.
