Well, this summer, I finally got my hands on a Sailor Moon Manga. And guess which number it was? 18! Galatic Chaos! The last manga! Anyways, while re-discovering Sailor Moon style eyes I did a few pics. This is the first, of Sailor Cosmos. (AKA Chibi Chibi)
