Nessie in her Outfit!! by @meruchan (Meru -chan)

Finally! A picture I was able to draw of Nessie in her spiffy outfit!!! ^__^ That thing on her right side is a clip/whip. The outfit would be made of leather or another strong type of fabric, and the blue tufts would be feathers. The "sleeves" are held in place by those buckles, it's like small belts on her arms. Her halter top opens in the back by a buckle as well.
