Clay Dragon
Clay Dragon by @lynne (Lynne)

My Dragon sculpture! This guy has been sitting on the shelf in the art room at skool for.. oh nearly a year now 9.9; Unbaked, gravity slowly taking its toll on his poor self.. I rescued him today, patched him up, then propped him up with walnuts and baked his saggy self! He's nice and solid now! I need to do the wings now, and paint him... no idea what kinda scheme I will go for.. maybe I'll make him into Ranlu.. but then I have another idea, too..

He's made of clay with an armature made out of wire and tinfoil :] His wing fingers only have tinfoil, cuz clay made them too heavy. He's got cracks and dents and lumps and fingerprints and he's too skinny for the sack of keeping him light, but... I love him. He's beautiful to me no matter how ugly he is! ;.;

Sorry for the bad quality of photo.. I used my pathetic little webcame.. 9.9; Artwork © Copyright 2002 Lynne Stephenson
