The Drum Room
The Drum Room by @lynne (Lynne)

RP scene! This pic took me a little while 9.6; But it came out so cooool.. ^.^ Okay, this is what happened, about. One of my Christmas presents from Zim in the RP was.. this room. Basically what it is, is a huge high-arched room (great acoustics) with a special floor.. the whole thing is white, but underneath the floor there's a kind of circular pattern of about 80 different drums, all playing different notes. You can make music by jumping around and hitting the drums with the notes you want. Combination music-making AND dancing! To learn it, we got the computer to light up the different notes with specific colors, and then light up the notes on the music staff with the same colors corresponding to the drums.

This scene is from when I took KidK and Vix to see the drum room and we all tried it out! Okay Vix was actually in her human disguise I believe 9.9; But I like drawing them guard uniforms ^.^; I am putting a clip from the RP in here.. just because. u.u;

KidK: I had no idea you could do so much with just drums! ^_^ Lynne: I know! ^.^ You think they're just one-note instruments but different sizes and stuff can make LOTS of notes! It's just not convenient to drag 80 drums around with you, I guess. o.o;; But they're all right here! =D Lynne: dancing the harmony notes ^.^ Man I wish I had mech legs... then I could do chords.. I'm teaching Misik to play this room >:d Vix: Mechs? Aha...ahahahahahahaaaaaaaaa! >D rises up on hers Just what shall I do with them? Lynne: O.O! Oh yeah! Forgot you had those! Here you take the harmonies.. let me find you some chords.. jumps past the spot she's on to find harmony notes to the.. harmonies KidK: O.O! Vix, that's scary. Lynne: jump This one for that note! jump And this one! jumphopdancejump And these! Vix: I rock. u.u Okay, so you want I should hit these guys at once? No problem, girlfriend! >) Lynne: YAY! ^.^ moves to a side melody of drum-notes Lynne: This room was so made for Irkens with mechs. o.o It's such fun though! ^.^ Dancing and making music! Vix: deftly following with the harmony chords HA! Yes! KidK: @.@...Mike would love this room... Artwork © Copyright 2003 Lynne Stephenson

I"m thinkin that you an MIssy girl should get some sweet wigs like me and then we could call ourselves the SUper AWEsome AMAZING WIg Drum TRIo! COurse we hafta bring my partner along though cuz he can be our manager and stuff and cuz he can actually sing pretty good if we force him. =D THen we'd be a WIg QUartet with drums and the peeanno and the stringy thing you got and MIssy's other stringy thingy that's differnt that she got from that guy and IT WOULD BE SO COOL! If we look as spiffy as we do in your pic cuz you draw real good yeah we should totally do that sometime. u.u We rock.
