Taste of Eternity
Taste of Eternity by @Jinx (Catherine Fitzsimmons)

Someday, I will pull off a masterpiece. Until that day, stuff like this will have to tide you over. It's about time I had another naked guy in my gallery, eh?

Y'know ... that phrase wouldn't even have occured to me if you hadn't mentioned it ... must ... stay ... good ....

Still, he is indeed very cute and the finned 'wings' are a really clever touch. All I can suggest here is that you might want to make the background shading a bit heavier in the...er...background. In other words, gradually darken areas which are further from the viewer. It's hard to tell whether that brown flatness behind him is the ocean floor or a cliff (in which case, the poor fishdude needs a shadow).

Thanks for your comments. I wasn't pleased with the ocean floor in general there, but somehow it hadn't occurred to me that it was lacking depth so blatantly. = P Thanks for your advice. Maybe sometime in the future I'll recolor this picture... I wasn't entirely overjoyed with how it came out the first time, and hell knows the background could use some more work. But I'll certainly take your advice into account if I do!

Thanks again for your comments!
