This is *really* good... The colours fit very well and it somehow reminds me of myself.

The only thing that bothers me is the head/neck. He doesn't seem to be that very sad, rather like he's thinking; "I WILL see you again." But if that is what you wanted it to look like, that's fine with me. I just personally think that he could be looking a little bit sadder

Hmm. You indeed have a way of drawing long necks, but I honestly can't say it's an anatomy problem. All of the characters you draw have a longer neck than usual, and according to that it is called a style.

And styles are a personal taste, which cannot really be judged, actually.
