Another request :D I requested to draw it actually. This is Kouryuu Masurao, but there wasn't really any description of his Dragon form on the profile I was given, except that he was a blue rain dragon, so I kind of just completely winged it. Since the name was Japanese and the profile did mention wings and red eyes I kind of went for a blue oriental style Dragon, but with wings and red eyes. I think it came out all prettyful.. the pose is kinda different, but I like it.

This is BEAUTIFUL!
So shiny, and the hair looks so soft... Great job on the scales too! The background and bubbles work wonderfully with the dragon, and the red eye balances it all out very well.
