Kouryuu by @lynne (Lynne)

Another request :D I requested to draw it actually. This is Kouryuu Masurao, but there wasn't really any description of his Dragon form on the profile I was given, except that he was a blue rain dragon, so I kind of just completely winged it. Since the name was Japanese and the profile did mention wings and red eyes I kind of went for a blue oriental style Dragon, but with wings and red eyes. I think it came out all prettyful.. the pose is kinda different, but I like it.
