This is amazing, Jinx! I really absolutely adore the way he's an actual ornament--I didn't notice that at first, but he really does look like one, nestled in there amongst all those lights. You got beautiful light effects going on--they really do look just like lights on a Christmas tree! And the branches look excellent as well. This is really a great design for a card (sure as heck a lot better than the junky ones I see at work all the time!) this makes me really happy. :)

Cute idea; I love the glow around the lightbulbs, as it's how they really look.

The background is very flat and unattractive though. Some more shading on the boughs would help it not to have a flat cardboard background look.
