I was thinking of making a desktop backround for myself for a long time now and i now, on a snowy day i just happen to sit my ass down in my chair in front of my computer and made it. And it came out pretty nice too, and yeah i was inspired somewhat by stormy but i just wanted to make one for the hell of it, and i wanted to try my new photoshop 8.
