really accurate critiques! i so didnt notice that i had forgotten to finish the right eye, and in retrospect the collar bones are stupidly high up and far apart.. i was rushing tho, so i use that as my excuse:P thank you for the comment!!!! reali helpful! 9 points for you!!

Wow! That is really cute hair!
I love the detail you put into her hair and the background and shirt. The pink and blonde go together excellently.
The right eye doesn't look right simply because it doesn't have any white outside the iris.
And the collar bones should be lowered so that they come together (not touching of course) right under the two lines that are coming down from the neck. (since you don't have those lines drawn, just imagine that they're there. >.>)
Otherwise, I think this is a wonderful piece. Keep up the good work. ^^
