Respectable Baggage Lady
Respectable Baggage Lady by @adriana_xst (Severynka Jazz Girl)

"Shall we ask this baggage to sit down, or shall we throw her out of the window?" H. Higgins

This is one of the scenes from Pygmalion/My Fair Lady, when Eliza comes to Higgins' house to take up lessons. In the movie I love this ragged Eliza, trying to behave like a real lady, her way of moving is just priceless... And that hat! In the book Higgins keeps it (the rest of the clothes is burnt), as a great exhibition XD

Oh man... I remember working on this a very long time. I inked it in a new way, I also tried nicer coloring. I especially love how Eliza turned out, Higgins a bit less, because on a scetch he looked better. And yeah, I know that Henry's hand doesn't look healthy... Now I have to take a rest, while Eliza begins her education ^^
