Well, this is a nice piece to return with. I like how you got so detailed even to add the skin of the claws, as if they're retractible, and the glow of the eye is a nice touch. It's also very striking the way you have the dragon filling up the picture like that. Even if it was small, you really get a sense of closeness that way, very in-your-face. And you certainly seemed to spare no effort with the shading, down to every little spike on its face. The mouth/teeth(?) are a little awkward, but otherwise it's nice work.
