Hiyas Lynne. It's been awhile. What a wonderful coloring job on this image! Now you can be wonderfully kind and share how you did it. Is this one of those Apophysis things or some other remarkable technique?

Hi Shishi! :D!

Well for coloring him... I just colored him regular; in the areas that I wanted, and I shaded him and then added noise to each color. After that I did Photoshop effects and blended a few of them in different ways. I think glowing edges was one and I forget what the other was. I went back afterwards with an airbrush and a smudge tool to touch up a few places.
