These are birds from the same species - in front (brown) es the female bird, in the background you see the male one. I like drawing both of them on one paper, so that I have the difference between their featherings (brown versus black and white). Done with chalk.

Beautiful work. It's nice to see work done with traditional materials. The birds look fluffy enough that I want to touch them. Keep up the great work.
