SO, I doodled this throughout my day's activities since I was out and about.

I really Neglect this character...a lot, which is seriously sad considering she's possibly my favorite to draw. Poor Fleur ;A;

Basically, this was sketched in my book and I threw some textures over it in Paintshop Pro.
