Broken

"Fight, and you may lose; fight not, and you already have lost" Whoever said this probably never had to face a foe so formidable like a god, or close to it. Even though she tried, to fight with all her might. First her sword got ripped to its pieces, then her wings. She hit the ground with a mind-shattering force, and she thought it would break too. To swallow her remainders wholly, wipe her from the face of existence. But no, here she lies like a discarded puppet, and pain and frustration forms a lump in her throat so think as to strangle her. She wants to cry out, maybe release all that torments her, but to no avail - she is not allowed to die. Something is missing, something useful to change that. Small, yet important. So close, yet so out-of-reach as if it was located on the other side of the universe. What is it? what can it be that eludes her, did so for countless years? She wants to cry for help.

But there is no one around...

Lovely job with Bothan's posing in this picture you really captured mood and the essence of the fall that she undertook. I love the detail in her eyes, wings and the spatter of blood. Her outfit design is lovely and I really enjoy the variety of textures that you have captured within this piece. The simple background is a nice accent to the piece and keeps the views focus on everything that Bothan is going through.

The original pic only have those red windows as a backgroud, I added that grey and plastic tone digitally to make the feeling a bit darker than the original and traditionnal pic. Anyway, thanks for your comment and the gold star award, Kellendraysia!
