FDS: Album Cover meme [Take Two]
FDS: Album Cover meme [Take Two] by @Minzoku (Julie Miyamoto)

So, I've been browsing all kinds of music of late, and what strikes me most is the degree of thought [or lack thereof] put into the cover artwork, which makes me want to design album covers for my [fake] band. Rather than give it serious thought I don't have time to consider, I returned to my prior method:

  1. What time is it? hh:mm
  2. Find this # image in your photos taken.
  3. Open your book draft to page mm, line hh.
  4. Make this into a very likely ridiculous CD cover.

Unfortunately, this time gave me ranges around 0136-0141, for which the photos I've taken and haven't renamed yet are of people, and I'd sooner avoid having to ask if they want to be in a fake album cover, so this time I just rolled four ten-sided dice [one for each digit in a typical digital photo filename]. This comes to

  1. Roll four d10s: 0 + 0 + 6 + 9
  2. Find this # image in your photos taken. IMG_0069.jpg
  3. Open your book draft to page 6, line 9. "clouds in the distance. That made him upset." [I did this backwards from last time, oh well--it's the randomization that's important]
