Raen Watches her Talon Glow
Raen Watches her Talon Glow by @elazauski (Emma Lazauski)

I decided that I was going to try my hand at coloring with two light sources. I think that this came out OKay.... please let me know what you think.

I had a lot of fun with this image; I don't draw Raen all that often anymore, and I've certainly gone a while without drawing her before her wings were ripped off and goes insane... but that's another story. It's awful what I do to my personal characters.

Anyway, happy holidays everyone. And best wishes for the new year. :)

Raen and this image are (c) me, so no touchies!

Usually, in 2-light-source type pics, you wanna make the parts sandwiched in between the lightsources really dark, to emphasize their brightness.

Nice colors on this one. Fun!

Very nice work with both the background and the character. The feather texture on the character feels quite real, and this character has some beautiful patterns. Keep up the good work.
