All riiiiight! We've gotta 'nother Fushigi Yuugi fan lurking on the Wild Side! Most excellent! ^_^ Good song, too. "Aoi Jiyuu, Shiroi Nozomi"... "Blue Freedom, White Wish" is what it means, actually.

And was this done in coloured pencil? O_o Wow. I wish I could use pencils like this. It's absolutely beautiful. Excellent work!
