Just a normal chao with an abnormal origin. Born from a nights chao and a gold power chao, Sphynx was born a nights chao with a strange twist. although he always remained a Nights chao he also kept some lion in him, most noticible in the lock of lion hair on Sphynx's forhead! (for people interested in how he's coloured, he's golden but his hair and wings are more yellow. plus the jewel on his chest is green)
