He lives in the future world, after the meteor has hit and thrown particles which are now in the atmosphere, changing the sky to a dusty orange tan color. The world's climate has changed and a third of humanity is already dead. The land is cluttered with acres of junk, from the previous centuries of overproduction all the little things people wanted, which are now useless. Ryuka is sort of a survivor, and outcast. He is a prostitute. His entire life is lived in other people's worlds, by their time, on their terms. He speaks very little and hardly gets to sleep or eat. So he's ready to flee his empty life with everything he has to live in the "Outerworld" outside the city, and all he has is some money, and a pair of latex hip boots and gloves and a thong to wear. Uh ^^, looks like he'll be stayin awhile...
