After awakening from an accident with long-term amnesia, Julian has no idea where he came from or who he is. The only indication he has is a couple, named the Roxenbaxems, who have only known him for a year. Having never regained his memory, he decides to become a member of their business and their family, eventually becoming a mentor and friend to the Roxenbaxems' children, Raul especially. After Raul takes over Topaz, Julian becomes his best friend, most knowledgable teacher, and greatest ally.
