Fan art of Sisu the dragon.

I was kind of disappointed how she looked in the movie...

She was based on Phaya Naga and nagas are beaked serpents. Sisu just looked something from My Little Pony...

I know they made her look cute and fluffy so the kids would not get scared. But still, they could have at least give her scales.
