Romsca, Cosair Ferret Captain of the Wavescum from Brian Jacques' Pearls of Lutra by @staclebl (Stacey LeBlanc)

She... was the... BEST MOTHER JUMPER CHARACTER, AND HE HAS THE NERVES TO KILL HER OFF! sobs HOW COME SAGITAR LIVED LONGER? IT WASN'T FAIR! ROMSCA WAS THE BEST; SHE SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST LIVED A LITTLE AND DIED AT THE END, NOT IN THE SECOND PART! sobs some more

In case if you're wondering, I drew this in memory of the best stinkin' Redwall vermin that ever lived! Yeah, she was SMART! She knew that the Redwall critters were warriors! Yeah! She killed that stupid lizard, but too bad she died too... wahhhhhhhhhh... Durral should have magically saved her, but oh well... goes to read more Redwall books

That got to you, too? Man, Romsca ruled! I tried drawing her once, but it didn't turn out half as good as this. Plan on coloring it?

I too think Romsca was really cool. =P It would've been neat to see the first vermin character live peacefully within the Abbey (this doesn't count those weasel friends in Salamandastron.. they lived fine with the abbeyers but killed someone in the end so ah well). If he could save Martin from near death in Mossflower, why couldn't he do the same for such a cool character?

Anyways, great pic. I love the outlining and her face is so cute. ^_^
