Lute & Fuhai
Lute & Fuhai by @laursefc (Lauren Sefchik)

Oooooooookay. Much dispute over this one too. I tend to...MERGE the definition of Fan-Art and original works all together into one confusing mass chaotic...blob of stupidity.

Here's what makes it a Fan-Art. First off...Lute Arien is identical to Lute of Sforzend because I wanted to do a fan art of him and role-play him. However, as all inspirations take a turn with a writers edge. Lute Arien was born who's not an angel to begin with. He was a bred and born demon, very witty, and pretty soon everything that was supposed to be Sforzend's carbon copy turned into a whole 'nother person with only the same exact body and first name as his copyright curse. But I don't deny that this is a Fan-Art. The other thing is that, once again, I grabbed the clothes because I couldn't think of anything else to put them in. So...more copyright flutters out my window. shrugs Doesn't matter I guess. ^_^*

Anyway, Fuhai is a very gentile boy that constantly chases Lute around and has and older sister, Lorelei...etc etc...aww hell...I give up trying to explain any of this. Just put this under 'Old crap strikes again'.

Medians used were notebook paper, colored pencils and gel pens. There ya go! Artwork © Copyright 2002 Lauren Sefchik

You never cease to make me blush like crazy every time you comment. ^_^

I'm glad you like it a lot. I really do too, and it's one of my old goodies that I like to keep around for fun to look back on every once in a while. It's amazing what you can do with gel pens sometimes. ^_^

This was one of the first pieces you ever showed me and it showed me just how talented you are. As you know I have a special place in my heart for these two. Always will. If not for them, you and I would never have become friends. smile

Ah, memories. It's amazing how simple games can end up rewarding you with good friends.

I guess artwork never really loses its initial beauty...only it's initial perspective. ^_^
