Thank you kindly! ^_^
Putting it together was a pain, though. I scream and hide under a rock anytime I hear xerox textures combined with 'cut & paste'. lol

First quarter bliss, when I just started going to the Art Institute. This was our Fundamentals of Design final. Create a piece dedicated to a country by xeroxing different textures and then cutting them into shapes of things that most represent that country. Sounds difficult? Well it was a pain. All my "textures", no matter what level of dark or light I copied them at, all looked the same. Therefore, when I started cutting the pieces and composing them...I couldn't tell where one shape ended and the other began. Out of need to make the shapes pop out more, I grabbed some gray matte paper and gave it a background. Hey, it was a different shade of gray, and it had a natural texture. This would be a snap!
WRONG! I got marked down for using gray paper. ~_~* Another funny thing was that my teacher told us that we COULD NOT make text travel up to down along the side unless it was sideways, top facing out. Well, since the text I took it from ran down the page naturally instead of sideways, I did that instead (because by doing it sideways it looked hella tacky). More reasons why my teacher cried at the end of the quarter. Every rule she made for us, we broke. It was certainly a sight to be seen.
Materials were bristol board, xeroxes, and National Geographic photo sources for the shapes.
