A Childhood Lost
A Childhood Lost by @katedagg (Kate Dagger)

Marvin wasn't always the rugged, chivalric gunslinger I usually draw him as. Once upon a time, he was an ordinary little 5-year-old boy, with a mother and father, and a normal life. That is, until the night the portal opened in his bedroom and drew him into the City of Dreams. Here's how I picture Marvin's first night in Dream City, confused, frightened, and alone.

(And yes, I know how much he turned out to resemble Frodo Baggins. Don't say anything :P) Artwork © Copyright 2003 Kate Dagger
