A Vision of Shattered Flames
A Vision of Shattered Flames by @katycoop (Katy Coope)

Excuse the pants title, I'll think of something better later. The comic idea these charas are from is now going under the title of 'Shattered Flame' so, umm, yeah. This is a line art of Deurogenae (Right) and Argent (left), looking all cool and mysterious and stuff. With odd fire. and a kind of orb thing between their hands that could be a planet if I decide to do that.

I'm definately going to colour this, it'll look rather ace. Things I like in it like this though... Deuro's hand came out nicely, and I want those chain thingies he has. I'm also pretty happy with Argent's hair, I reckon I'm starting to finnaly get the hang of inking good black hair.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with this pic so far...

Maybe it's something in the lack of colour, but Deuro seems stiff somehow. I mean, I know I couldn't do that pose without toppling over, and there's no indication of movement. That said, the patches and chains are lovely, the fire (boy, you really like fire, don't you?) is fun and Argent looks really creepy and cool. As I said before, great design. Anyway, I can't wait to see the coloured version! As you say, the lure of much technicolor aceness.

Lovely, lovely chains. ^_^ Can I steal some of those wonderful belts on Argent's coat for Evarrin's costume?

OOOOOOOOHHHHH! Fire! I tried to draw something like this. I think it came out prety good. They didnt. They have no interest in fantasy whatsoever. They thought that he was carrying a torch.

This pic rocks... to bad i cant do ne thing like it...
