Mirrored Promise :: Prologue :: 17 by Ainsley (@snowhawk)
So that background is from my photography. :D From like... 2014? The first panel is actually Gatlinburg, TN, seen from the overlook, and the others are a pic from on the way to Newfound Gap.
... I had more to say about this, but then I apparently never went back to write it. :V
Also: This is the end of Part 1! Check the bottom of this description for the link to my Discord, to see it more. I had to stop here, because of my previous wrist pain.
Most pages will be rated Teen, despite the pages themselves not needing that rating. This is what I'm comfortable with. I've picked the rating reasons as what's relevant for the full chapter, and other chapters will get different ratings.
This is only part 1 of the prologue. I'm saving the rest for later.
If you want to support me financially, I have support tiers on my Gumroad, with options for 1, 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions. Gumroad~!
ALSO: If you're curious about the calendar, I have finally finished loading in a number of significant events into Fantasy Calendar. This link SHOULD start at the day the Prologue occurs. I hope. lol
BE AWARE: This is spoiler heavy. For the whole novel. If you don't want spoilers, then skip these links. There's also some implications of SA (nothing explicit), so be aware of the content.
ALSO. I'm back to working on the comic! I finished page 18 last night, so once all those are done (there's about 30 in total, though I might add a few more?), I'll start posting them again.
The first places that will get the comic will be my website and here, on Side 7. Two weeks later, I will post to other art galleries (Fur Affinity, SoFurry, Inkbunny, and Weasyl). After two more weeks, I'll post to Webtoon and The Duck (actual link coming soon). I have not decided if I'm going to post full pages on Twitter again, or just previews.
If you want to see the pages as they're completed, I will be posting them to my Discord as they're created. The Prologue will go to the regular channel, but once it's completed, future pages will go to a channel for subscribers. Because they're offering financial support, so... they get bonuses.
