I like it! The fur is very nicely done, particularly the thick ruff around the neck. Regarding the ears, I think they're fine. I took a look at my doggie's ears (though they're kind of floppy and black instead) and noted that on the inside they are a bit furry thicker around the edges (as you have them now) with fur continuing on the inside of the ear to about the canal where then more skin is exposed. Perhaps if you added more fur, although thinly, to the inside of the ear. Other then that, I love the eye and structure of the head. And the color, of course, I so need to learn how to shade and blend. ^_^
