I'm sorry, I dislike Nickelodeon very much, after what they did to Invader Zim. But that's besides the point. THis was down in Rio, too, using one of my many Brazilian anime magazines with articles on CCS.(CCS was very big last summer, and it's gradually dieing down... they just released the last manga in the newstands a few months ago) It came out rather cute...
