Rowan Flansburgh by @lunavee (Luna Vee)

Rowan is one of my NPCs for an RPG I'm going to be GMing. It's The Returners: Final Fantasy RPG, and it's really nifty. I'll put the link at the end of this thingy.

Rowan is Half-Neko, hence the human-like face, and is a Dragoon by profession. Ain't he pretty? Yeah, this is a bad picture, unfortunately, but I'm proud of my ability to make a semi-clone of Freija Crescent's hat, so I'll forgive myself. His hair's in his face, and I made him look too old! >.<

He's got a Beauty of 3 (legendary), and has the Unwanted Love Interests flaw at level 3, which basically means he's a babe magnet, but doesn't wanna be. He's pretty chaste, and all cute an' stuff. hehehe

I imagine his voice would sound something like Dib's from Invader Zim, but with a slight English accent. Nobility and all that...
