Sorry For Not Being Online
02 Sep 2024, 01:27 AM

Life got a little crazy for me. Just been super busy with work and personal life. Hopefully things will slow down soon ^^;

On a different note. I haven't looked into it here. to see if it's possible. But I'm not really feeling my username(s) anymore. But I'm on the fance about changing them across my different accounts. I donno, I've had this username since forever.

Better too busy than laid out sick; it seems like a coin-toss for most people these days. D:

I know one user that renamed their root handle, however there doesn't seem to be a forwarding protocol for old aliases like on DeviantArt. Links to uploads should be fine, but old references to the user profile and its subpages will break. There's no user-end option, but contact @BadKarma if you do want to change.

Generally speaking, to avoid abuse issues, we allow username changes on a case-by-case basis hence the lack of a user-end option. But, yeah, if you want to change your username, let me know.

But, no, we don't have a forwarding protocol for old aliases. In many cases we've had for username changes, the user was wanting to get away from their old username. We've never had cause to have such a forwarding protocol.
