@Morothias: I almost put my sappy playlist on but I was actually trying to avoid crying lmao the metal playlist wasn't having that though and played only the most emotional songs possible. I've noticed that after the pandemic I have had a lot more trouble crying, so in a way, it was good that I finally let it out.

I can relate, though in my case, it isn't death metal that I listen to, it's depressing love/break-up songs. Every few weeks I just have to let it all out, I try not to cry and it just builds up inside of me until I reach breaking point. I can empathise with how you're feeling.
