Looks like bubbles...underwater Frodo! I really really like how this turned out. Sometimes, though I love your craftsmanship, I'm not crazy about your way of drawing faces...but he looks really nice here! Great colors, too!

I love this. It's completly and udderly adorable. I disagree with the comment about the snowflakes looking like bubbles. They don't. And his face is adorable! I think he's adorable! it's awesome!
