Eehg. My mom is rushing me so I just quickly drew a background >_< Sorry for that, it sucks, I know...I have a different version somewhere. But either way, the background isn't exactly what I was concentrating on =P And that writing up in the righthand corner is from a poem I drew a while ago. I love this picture... I love that wolf ^^ This is for the most wonderful person in the entire -universe-. Also, his mate wants him to know that she loves him verrrry VERY much.

Hey there hun, I've seen your art many months ago and you've definitely improved :D
I looove the shading in this (so few people bother learning how to shade properly, there are more than 2 shadows XD)
Critiquewise I'll ignore the background but you could definitely benefit form certain tips. The biggest one.. don't outline the body!!! Your art will look SO much better without it. Nextly, the eyeball. It should be relatively round, (and no, I don't mean the general eye, the blue part is what I'm referring to) try rounding off the front ;D
Last of all the proportions of the body, I'm sure you can tell yourself but just in case; the front leg is too long and it points too much. The paw is a bit big as well. Personally I find the hindquarters too small in comparaison with the head.
Thats about it. Yay keep up the perdy work!
