I don't play WoW, but this is extremely pretty. ^^ The lighting effects are really cool. Is the running boy a photo or is it painted? I seriously can't tell.

Thank you very much :) Everything is painted, although a photo reference was used for the guy, as well as the ground and the deserty-mountains.
