That is a man. ^.^ He is a very pretty girl, no? and no that's not insulting, as he refers to himself that way a lot 9.9; I love him so...such a great voice...and so very...well...himself. I've always admired him not just because I love his music, but also because he's never compromised in being exactly who he is, despite society's pressure to fit in.
