Whoa. It's beyond me how you managed to draw such real looking dresses, your patience for drawing/shading fabric folds astounds me.

Amazing. If someone gave me that same description, I'd probably give them an odd look. It's really amazing how you've brought it to life in a way I couldn't even imagine! I'm extremely impressed by the character designs--the detail on their dresses alone is absolutely amazing. Their expressions are very nicely drawn--the iguana looks so relaxed, and the cat looks excited, and curious--just like what the animals are usual portrayed as. I am absolutely amazed at the amount of detail on the iguana's face, in particular--you can see scales!

The backgrond is also very nicely done. I like how the grass appears flattened where they are sitting/laying, and the clouds appear soft and fluffy and well, cloud-like. I'm guessing this is entirely colored pencil? I'm definetly quite amazed by your technique. You have such realistic shadows and highlights, and all the colors in the grass are very vibrant.

Excellent image. This is why I love the Artist of the Day feature here--I get to see amazing artwork I don't normally see!
